Library Use

We would like to encourage all students and parents to use the resouces available in the library; however, there are a few rules that everyone needs to know.

• Printing and copying cost $0.25 a page
• Books may be checked out for 2 weeks unless otherwise specified by the librarian
• Upon entering the library each student should check-in at the desk and have a note from the class he/she is coming from
• No Food or Drinks
• Do not leave the library without permission from the librarian

We do have 12 computers for student use. These computers are for school or educational use only and the internet user policy will be followed. Anyone misusing computers while in the library will lose the privilege of use.

We also have 20 MacBooks that can be used by students under teacher supervision. These are not for individual use.

Students are welcome in the library anytime there is not a class in here as long as they are respectful of others and use the library appropiately.

Welcome Back to School!

I am excited about a new year and can't wait to help each and everyone of you find books that you would like to read and research that will help you do great projects for class. If there are groups of students that would like to schedule after school times please email me with the date and time(s) you would like to be here, so we can plan it. The HHS Library is here for your benefit, and I want to serve you any way I can. Any and all suggestions are welcome!
